Skip to contentINSTRUCTIONS: Below are all the items available to bid on in the 2026 AYF Charity Auction (the pictures may take a little time to load, especially if using a phone to view). To bid on items it will be necessary to register – a simple process that requires access to an email account. The need to ‘Login’ (for previous users) or ‘Register’ (for new users) will appear when you wish to bid on an item.
There are 28 high-quality pieces of artwork in this collection, and many non-artwork items ranging from airconditioning servicing, mulch, sides of lamb, firewood, veterinary services, legal services and car detailing.
All artwork will be available for viewing between 11am and 1pm on the day of the Fundraising Dinner: Saturday 28th March, 2026 at the Armidale City Bowling Club. Please note that the artwork items have minimum bidding increments based on the value of the piece: <$200 = $10, $200-$700 = $20, >$700 = $50
TIPS FOR BIDDING:
Scroll through the list of items to view the selection. For better viewing of an item, click on the auction item and then click on the image – this will display a larger version of the image.
If you wish to bid on an item, DUPLICATE THIS TAB IN YOUR BROWSER and make a bid on an item. Should you wish to keep an eye on this item, ‘refresh’ the page by clicking on the circular red arrows beside the selling price on the top-most display.
To return to the complete list, click on your ORIGINAL tab, and repeat the process for any other items on which you wish to bid. In this way you’ll have tabs open for all your items. You’ll receive an email each time you make a successful bid and when someone outbids you.
Should you be the highest bidder at the close of the auction (8.30pm Saturday 28th March, 2026) you’ll receive an email advising of such (this may take approximately 30 minutes). This email will direct you to make payment via a PayPal link.
